If you are a student, faculty, staff, or alumni traveling abroad, or if you are a UF international student or scholar, you are eligible to enter.

There will be three categories and each entrant may submit up to two digital photos in one category. All photographs must portray the theme "Global Culture".

Congratulations Raghuveer Chandrashekhar on winning this award and a paid internship at Phillips.

The SIMUVACTION project is organized under the auspices of France-Atlanta. It is an opportunity for 40 university students from across the world to actively engage, practice, and contribute to the ethical development of AI. Students, coming from different fields, universities, backgrounds, and countries will train for 6-8 weeks through a common course in which they will receive the support of professional partners.

With the announcement of UFIC's latest initiative: the development of Comprehensive Strategic International Partnerships, and with a long history of collaboration, Japan was a natural choice for our university’s first visit.

In April of 2024, the University of Florida International Center sent a delegation of UF leaders, faculty and staff to Japan, which included Provost J. Scott Angle, Dean Marta L. The UF/CEU Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), a virtual exchange pilot for staff that started in February culminated last month. This inspiring 8-week program and the first staff virtual exchange project, gave nine UF staff a global perspective of each of their professional fields through international virtual collaboration, innovation, engagement, and personal growth.

The UF group is now looking forward to hosting the CEU Cardenal Herrera University cohort at the University of Florida campus very soon for the second phase of this project.
