OHSA and the One Health Center hosted an interdisciplinary panel discussion to discuss combating climate change. The panelists were from ecology and environmental engineering to psychology and economics. The objective was to learn about the causes and impacts of climate change through the lens of a variety of fields. It was possible to discover potentially collaborative solutions for this urgent, global phenomenon in a pandemic-driven environment. The idea of a sustainable future may not be that clear but we are sure that all minds must be part of the solution. Taking a plastic fork home after the event was to demonstrate how convenient changes to lifestyles may be. The change we seek from others may as well start from us.

Pictures at this event were taken by Dr. Kole Odutola of the Languages, Literatures, & Cultures Department.
