Paloma Rodriguez, Director of the Office of Global Learning, Jeffrey Pufahl, Research Assistant Professor in the College of the Arts, and Carrie Martins, Coordinator of Virtual Exchange Initiatives at the Office of Global Learning attended the International Virtual Exchange Conference (IVEC) in São Paulo, Brazil, at the end of October.

Paloma Rodriguez and Carrie Martins presented with collaborators from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and Universidad San Francisco de Quito on the potential uses of the International Critical Thinking (IntCRIT) and International Communication (IntCOMM) Attitudes and Beliefs Survey to measure the effectiveness of virtual exchange experiences.

Jeffrey Pufahl presented with colleagues from São Paulo State University (UNESP) on the implementation of their virtual exchange project: "Global Borders and Belonging: An Arts in Health COIL program between Brazil, the US, and the Netherlands."

Megan Mocko, lecturer in the Warrington College of Business, presented online about the outcomes of a VE project that she and her partner from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador have been implementing in their statistics classes for the past three semesters.
