This course features synchronous discussions with UF alumni who will share their experiences working in or with Latin America at different career stages and in a variety of professional fields such as business, government, non-profits, healthcare, and STEM fields. Course topics include developing leadership skills, building a global professional profile, navigating organizational culture, and learning about the growing Latino community in the U.S. workplace.
