Changemakers’ Dialogue is a program built upon empowering the UF community to act through emboldened conversations focusing on key elements of stories, relationships, and driving change. This mini-series will give us time to reflect on our own experiences and identities and listen to those of our colleagues, so we can deepen our ability to create a sense of belonging for all students.

For more information regarding our program, feel free to visit our website. Or reach out to your future Co-Facilitators: Manda Wittebort, BCLS and Maria Duarte, OAS.

Dialogue on “How Our Experiences & Dialogue Can be Advising Tools”
How do power dynamics show up in our work with students and each other? How has it impacted you? How can we support each other and students in navigating relationships? How can we better support students with dialogue tools?

Join us to build relationships with other staff as we explore the complexities of our own identities, our experiences supporting students, and how it impacts both ourselves and our work.

When: June 8th 12-1:30pm in the Reitz Union, Room TBA, June 27th 12-1:30pm on Zoom
