COIL for Staff - From Connection to Creation with UNAM

Our COIL/VE collaboration with Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México has officially moved into an exciting new phase—and the energy is undeniable.

After a few sessions dedicated to building connections and navigating the richness of a bilingual and intercultural space, this incredible group is now stepping into what comes next: bringing ideas to life.

Teams are currently in the final stages of developing their action plans—projects designed to strengthen collaboration and bring our institutions even closer together. What began as conversations is quickly transforming into tangible, purpose-driven initiatives.

There is a real sense of momentum building. Ideas are being refined, perspectives are being challenged, and creativity is flowing.

Very soon, these projects will be unveiled—showcasing not only innovative solutions, but the courage, adaptability, and dedication that define this COIL community.
